Your areas of responsibility:

As Head of Busi­ness Devel­op­ment you will take on a wide vari­ety of tasks:

  • Address­ing new cus­tomer poten­tial from the areas of dig­i­tal mar­ket­ing and e‑commerce
  • Devel­op­ment of offers for cus­tomer acquisition
  • Fur­ther devel­op­ment of the exist­ing business
  • Coop­er­a­tion with part­ner com­pa­nies and expan­sion of partnerships
  • Project man­age­ment for exist­ing and new customers
  • Co-sup­port and expan­sion of the dig­i­tal mar­ket­ing activ­i­ties of our agency
  • Con­trol of exter­nal ser­vice providers
  • Step-by-step entry into oper­a­tive agency management

Your pro­file:

  • You have at least 3 years of pro­fes­sion­al expe­ri­ence, ide­al­ly in a dig­i­tal envi­ron­ment or an agency.
  • You have knowl­edge and expe­ri­ence in the areas of online mar­ket­ing and/​or e‑commerce, project man­age­ment and sales.
  • You love acquir­ing new cus­tomers and enjoy mak­ing new con­tacts and net­work­ing. If you come with con­tacts to poten­tial cus­tomers in tow, all the better!
  • You have excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills, nego­ti­a­tion skills and enjoy deal­ing with our cus­tomers and partners.
  • You like to work inde­pen­dent­ly, proac­tive­ly and in a struc­tured man­ner and are always solution-oriented.
  • You enjoy famil­iaris­ing your­self with new top­ics and expand­ing your exist­ing skills.
  • You are com­pe­tent in Microsoft Office 365 and also know how to work with tools such as Asana, Hub­spot, Slack, etc.
  • You have an affin­i­ty for social media, espe­cial­ly LinkedIn.
